1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Tall Timbers Group LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on AnyRegistration (anyregistration.com, also reached at tableregistration.com and teamregistration.com) and on the event pages it serves (“Service”).
Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Websites use them to keep you signed in, remember choices and measure use.
Similar technologies include your browser’s local storage, which our pages use to remember small conveniences such as a collapsed section.
3. Cookies We Set
We set only cookies the Service needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
- TRAuthCookie: keeps an organizer signed in. It lasts up to 90 days, or until you sign out.
- lastLoginAccountId: remembers which organization you last used, for people who belong to more than one. It lasts up to a year.
- .AspNetCore.Antiforgery: protects forms against cross-site request forgery. It lasts for your browser session.
- __Secure-ActivityCheckout: lets a guest add activities to a registration they have already made, from the link in their email.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some pages load services from other companies, which may set their own cookies:
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is being filled in by a person (see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy).
- Google reCAPTCHA, which does the same job on some older forms (see the Google Privacy Policy).
- Payment processors, whose card form appears on checkout pages, to process the payment and prevent fraud.
We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking cookies.
These third parties collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings:
- Disable or delete cookies via your browser’s privacy settings.
- Use incognito or private browsing modes to avoid persistent cookies.
Blocking the cookies we set will stop you staying signed in and may stop forms from submitting. We do not offer a separate cookie consent tool, because the cookies we set are needed for the Service to work.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
Your continued use of our Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
