Who we are

AnyRegistration is an event registration service run by Tall Timbers Group LLC, 21784 Tall Timbers Rd, Nisswa, MN 56468. This Privacy Policy covers AnyRegistration (anyregistration.com, also reached at tableregistration.com and teamregistration.com), the event pages and emails the service produces, and the events calendar organizers embed on their own websites.

If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at [email protected].

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our GDPR Statement adds detail on legal bases, transfers and your rights.

Organizers and their guests

Organizations use AnyRegistration to run their own events. When you register for, buy from, sponsor or give to an event, the information you provide is collected for the organization running it (the “organizer”). The organizer decides what it asks for and how it uses your answers, and we process that information on the organizer’s behalf to run the event. For questions about how an organizer uses your information, contact the organizer.

We do not use guests’ information to market other organizers’ events, and we do not sell it.

Information we collect

  • Organizer accounts: name, email address, phone number, organization name and address, the people you add to your account, and the details of your events, tickets, sponsorship levels and messages.
  • Guests, sponsors and donors: name, email address, phone number and address when the event asks for them, the people in your party, your answers to the organizer’s questions (such as meal choices), what you bought or gave, sponsor logos and details, check-in and attendance records, and survey responses.
  • Payments: card payments are handled by our payment processors. We receive the amount, date, the last digits and type of the card and the payment status; we do not store full card numbers. Organizers who receive payouts provide bank details to the payment processor, and we keep only the last four digits of the account.
  • Messages you send us: name, email, phone and the content of what you send through our contact form, feedback tools or email.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and errors, recorded in our server logs to run and secure the service.

How we use information

  • Provide the service: event pages, checkout, confirmation emails, tickets and Apple Wallet passes, reminders, check-in, name tags, reports, receipts and payouts.
  • Send the messages an organizer writes to its guests, by email and, where the organizer uses it, text message.
  • Answer requests to the AI Event Assistant and generate images, when an organizer uses those features.
  • Keep the service secure, stop spam and fraud, and find and fix errors.
  • Understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
  • Contact organizers about their account and, unless they opt out, about our product.

Service providers

We share information with companies that help us run the service, only as needed for the work they do for us:

  • Microsoft Azure, which hosts the service, its database and uploaded files in the United States.
  • Payment processors, including JustiFi and Stripe, for card payments, refunds and payouts.
  • Postmark, for email, and Twilio, for text messages.
  • Cloudflare, for network security and its Turnstile bot check; some older forms use Google reCAPTCHA instead.
  • Mux, for event videos.
  • AI service providers, for the AI Event Assistant and image generation.
  • Plausible Analytics, for cookie-free website statistics.

We also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies. Our Cookie Policy lists them.

Log files and error records

Like most websites, our servers record requests to the service, including IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. We also record errors, including errors in your browser on our pages. We use these records to run, secure and fix the service. Detailed logs are kept for about 30 days and error records for about 90 days.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep account and event information for as long as the organizer’s account is active, so that organizers can see their past events, receipts and reports, and as long afterwards as we need to for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Organizers can delete guests’ registrations from their events. To ask us to delete or correct your information, email us; if your information belongs to an organizer’s event, we may refer the request to the organizer.

Security

We use encrypted connections, sign-in by emailed link or code rather than passwords, access controls within each organizer’s account, and payment processors that handle card numbers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data.

We do not sell personal data. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access: you have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification: you have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure: you have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing: you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing: you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability: you have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

AnyRegistration does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. A parent or guardian may register a child for an event. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date, and tell organizers about significant changes by email.
