Guest Speaker

Bill was born in Glens Falls hospital and raised in the neighboring town of Queensbury. After graduating from Queensbury, he enlisted in the US Navy and spent four years serving as an Electricians Mate working on Corsair A7s. He received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from SUNY Utica-Rome then launched his career in forging, casting and machining many products over the years, mainly in aerospace components and medical prosthetics. Bill has worked in the manufacturing world for over 40 years and now works with individuals and companies to help them grow to their potential.

Bill met his first wife, Linda, while in college and they married in 1985 after he graduated. They settled in West Utica where three of their four children were born (St. Lukes). The five of them moved to Milford, NH in 1993 where the youngest was born in 2000. Linda passed in 2016 from uterine sarcoma. Bill has since remarried Sandy (pictured) in 2021. Bill’s family continues to grow with his first grandchild, a granddaughter, in 2025 and twin granddaughters due in May 2026.

Bill’s first retirement came in 2018 when it became necessary to be closer to home until his youngest graduated high school and college. He continues to take on assorted consulting jobs to keep him active and engaged in mentoring the next generations. In 2020, Bill ran for NH State Representative and God elected him twice to serve in the NH legislation. He did not run in 2024 because he found the problem isn’t in the laws we create, rather, the morals we are taught. It is reported that 62% of Christians do not believe the Bible is true and accurate. We do not have to look far trying to understand our societal moral deficiencies when our moral compass is in question. It is Bill’s mission, with God’s assistance, to reach men in the workplace and in the family to help correct today’s moral decay by showing how Biblical principles help families regain proper moral guidance leading future generations.

CBMC was introduced to Bill in 2022, and he now has the platform to help reach and equip men in the workplace. Bill started with a CBMC Connect 3 group in Nashua, NH and is now working as a volunteer Field Associate with NH as the mission field. Bill plans to go full-time CBMC in January when his current job assignment is finished at the end of December 2026.

Reaching men in the workplace is the mission field he hopes to find men in the family. Seeking men in the family and equipping them to learn the will of God in their life is what Bill feels God has appointed him to do with what time remains. Making disciples as commanded in Matthew 28:18-20 is our goal, and this has become Bill’s passion.
