What is t-factor?


The t-factor Leadership Initiative is a purpose-driven leadership development platform from our official ministry partners at Coca-Cola Consolidated, designed to inspire, equip, and activate leaders to influence culture, people, and organizational transformation with a Kingdom lens. At its core, it is a movement to share how leaders can build faith-friendly, servant-based, purpose-driven cultures in the workplace.

A CBMC t-factor Watch Party is an engaging in-person leadership experience that introduces senior marketplace leaders to Christ-centered workplace culture and creates relational pathways into ongoing evangelism and discipleship through CBMC.

The goal is transformation around the world — for good, for God, for growth.

t-factor teaches:
