This casual gathering will equip you with practical tools to share the good news of Jesus in a comfortable, non-threatening, and winsome way. You might be surprised to discover that many common assumptions about evangelism simply aren't true, and you'll walk away with a fresh understanding of your unique role in the process.
 
Expect meaningful training and clear guidance on what to share, how to share it, when to speak, and just as importantly, when not to. You'll learn how to recognize when someone is open to spiritual conversation and how to follow up in a way that builds trust and connection.
 
Whether you're a longtime believer, new to the faith, or simply exploring, you'll find a path forward.  This is about becoming confident in the Lord and daring all the more to proclaim the gospel, without fear."

We're excited to have Joe Patton as our guest.  Joe is the founder of the law firm Patton and Patton, located in Topeka and Lenexa, Kansas, and remains actively engaged in the practice of law.  He’s a follower of Christ, a husband and father, a former Kansas State Representative, and a CBMC TAF member in Topeka.

Raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to Topeka to attend Washburn University, where he married Cindy and raised their four children.  He’s been practicing law in courtrooms across Kansas and Missouri, and is actively involved in his local church and supports the Topeka Rescue Mission, which provides shelter for the homeless.

Joe is committed to sharing the Lord and seeing people have every opportunity to embrace Christ.
