Registration & Eligibility Registration is valid only for the individual named and is not transferable unless otherwise approved. Payment & Pricing Registration fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Discounted or special-rate tickets are available in limited quantities and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds Registration is non-refundable unless otherwise specified and approved. Substitutions may be permitted with approval. Event details, schedules, speakers, and activities are subject to change. Travel & Accommodations Attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging. Hotel accommodations must be booked separately using the official booking link. Optional Activities Optional activities (including team-building events) require separate registration and may have limited capacity. Participation in optional activities is voluntary. Code of Conduct Attendees agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and Christ-centered manner. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of the organization, without refund. Assumption of Risk & Liability Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in the event and any optional activities. The organization is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Media Release By attending, you consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording that may be used for promotional, educational, or internal purposes. Health & Safety: Attendees agree to follow all event safety guidelines. Force Majeure: The organization is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control.
