Tom Campbell: Entrepreneur, Leader, and Community Builder

Tom Campbell is a dynamic entrepreneur and civic leader with a passion for growth and giving back. He is the co-founder of Campbell Farms, a thriving first-generation potato farm, and Partner Apartments, a real estate company he launched with his son, Thomas Campbell.

Tom’s business acumen extends into banking, where he played a pivotal role in acquiring and expanding banks across North Dakota. He served as Chairman of the Board at Choice Bank for 12 years, helping shape its strategic direction and growth.

His commitment to public service is equally impressive. Tom served as a North Dakota State Senator, and has held influential positions on several boards, including:

  • NDSU Trustee Board
  • Unity Hospital Board
  • Florida Potato Growers (Founder and Past Chairman)
  • National Potato Growers Association (Past Director)
  • Teen Challenge (Past Board Member)
  • Grand Forks Mission for the Homeless (Past Board Member)

Beyond his professional and civic achievements, Tom is deeply committed to ministry and outreach. He has been involved in prison ministry for over 24 years, bringing hope and support to those in need.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University and is a proud father of two and grandfather to six. He enjoys entertaining, traveling, golfing, and, most of all, helping others.

At this luncheon, we will have inspiring speakers who will share their personal experiences and practical strategies for living out their faith in the workplace. Whether you are a business owner, executive, or employee, this event is designed to help you navigate the challenges and opportunities of bringing your faith into your professional life.
