The Mission of CBMC is to reach, empower, and deploy generations of men in the workplace to live out their faith and multiply their impact for Christ.  

For that to occur, wouldn’t it be great to be reassured that you’re doing what you’re supposed to do, where you’re supposed to do it?  To know that the work you do is valued and gives you vitality. 

How can men disciple other men while full of fear or doubt in themselves, their family, work, faith, or community?  Before we can be deployed (go), we need to better know, grow, and show in the assignment God has created us for.
 
If you’re experiencing frustration, lack peace and aren’t quite sure what to do next or how to do it, join us for a rich weekend of exploration to increase courage, examine and articulate experience and increase value.
