About the speaker......
Justin is currently a financial advisor with locally owned BD Planning Partners, where he is passionate about helping individuals and business owners live well today while preparing wisely for the future. His work centers on comprehensive financial planning that aligns goals, values, faith, and long‑term vision.
Before joining BD Planning Partners, Justin spent 25 years with Valvoline Inc., operating multiple service centers across Tennessee and eventually serving as Director of Franchise Operations. In that role, he helped grow Valvoline’s franchise network to more than 1,100 stores nationwide through strategic planning and structured business development.
A Chattanooga native, Justin has been an active member of Morris Hill Baptist Church for over 25 years and credits his faith in Christ as the foundation of his leadership and success. He graduated from of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2004 and now lives in Ooltewah with his wife, Ashley, and their two children, Braden and Addison.
