 Please join us for a special evening of networking and to hear from Jik Yousefi, President of Carefree Industries. Jik Yousefi is President of Carefree Kitchens located in Baltimore, Linthicum, and Frederick, Maryland. Jik Yousefi founded Carefree Kitchens in 1987 in Linthicum Heights, Maryland out of the back of a small hatchback car. During the early years, he could be found driving up and down I-95 and knocking on the doors of vendors, convincing them to take a chance on a small business with big potential. 

 ABOUT Our Speaker

 
Jik was born and raised in Tehran, Iran as a Muslim and then came to the United States at age 19 to pursue the American Dream. Jik's desire was to be an aeronautical engineer and initially, he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Love compelled him to move to Maryland, however, where he married his wife Michelle. 

Jik and Michelle have 8 children, and reside in Harford County, Maryland. Two of his sons work in the family business. Jik often speaks at churches and conferences on how Islam and Christianity influence global culture. In this time of global conflict, Jik’s life experiences can help us to find the meaning of success and true peace.
