Theodore Belloise- VP of Sales- Florida Integrated Security
For more than two decades, Theodore’s professional journey has taken him through the communications and security industry—starting with 20 years at CSC Communications, later acquired by Wesco, and continuing through roles with Tyco and ultimately Johnson Controls. Four years ago, Theodore stepped out in faith to start his own firm, Florida Integrated Security, where he strived to lead with integrity, excellence, and a Christ-centered work ethic. His spiritual walk has shaped every chapter of my life. He spent more than 30 years at Calvary Chapel, and after moving to Lake Worth, his wife Joyce, found a new church home at Proclaim Church. Joyce and Theodore have been married for 32 years, and raising sons, Giovanni and Skyler—both graduates of CCA from Pre-K through 12th grade—has shown him firsthand the lifelong value of Christian education and the responsibility of modeling faith for the next generation.
Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycles, fine dining, interactive shows, and holding a private pilot’s license for nearly 30 years. In recent years, long-distance running has become a passion and is pursuing the goal of completing in all seven major world marathons. He has been blessed with the opportunity to travel widely—Israel, Cuba, Mexico City, and numerous places in Europe—experiences that has broadened his perspective and continually reminding him of God’s grace. Through work, family life, and spiritual journey, he has remain committed to growing in Christ and serving others faithfully within the Christian business community.
