As a leadership consultant, executive coach and keynote speaker, Jeremy helps leaders to lead high performing teams.
As a Senior Advisor for Gallup, Jeremy has spent over two decades serving as a trusted adviser to leaders of companies around the world with brands that you know and love. He leverages Gallup’s analytics to offer advice and learning around workplace culture and leadership, helping companies to solve their biggest problems. Jeremy also had the privilege of serving as the Global Practice Leader for Gallup’s Faith Division from 2009-2012. He has received recognition as Gallup’s Workplace Consultant of the Year over 5 times, reflecting his passion for serving his clients and coworkers, making him a sought-after resource to companies and nonprofit organizations worldwide.
Jeremy is a TEDx speaker and holds coaching certifications from both ICF and Gallup. In 2025 he cofounded a leadership + culture advisory firm called RECREATE Work with the mission to- Inspire leaders to transform culture.
He has had the opportunity to work with leaders in places like Hong-Kong, London, Singapore & Brazil but his favorite cities in the world are Cleveland, Ohio where he loves spending time with his wife Jill, and Columbia, South Carolina where their adult children and new granddaughter call home.
Jeremy also enjoys giving back to his community by serving on the local committee with Young Life, helping develop next-generation leaders.
