Our Coffee Connection offers a relaxed, welcoming environment where like-minded men in the workplace can connect and build meaningful relationships.

Each gathering features powerful, real-life stories of how God is transforming lives, relationships, and businesses throughout Kansas.

These stories will encourage and unite us, offering both inspiration and practical wisdom as we pursue purpose-driven lives with eternal significance.

BYRON MCSWAIN
Owner of Greater Grounds Coffee & Co.

A Navy veteran and Friends University graduate, Byron McSwain is the owner of Greater Grounds Coffee & Co., a community-focused coffee shop in downtown Wichita. What began as a college project became reality when the shop opened in July 2024. Rooted in faith and inspired by his time at sea, the café reflects a belief in hope and “greater grounds,” offering high-quality coffee, live music, and a welcoming space that brings people together.
