Joe was named President of HOPE South Florida in December 2024, following an extensive career leading an award winning social-enterprise focused on providing work opportunities to those with barriers to employment.
Joe joins HOPE South Florida from Greyston Bakery, a Bronx, New York-based brownie bakery best known for supplying brownie bits to Ben & Jerry’s and a nationally recognized leader in inclusive employment and workforce development.
Prior to Greyston, Joe served as Deputy Commissioner of Social Services for Westchester County, New York.
Joe’s early career includes nearly a decade at PepsiCo, where he progressed through risk management, capital markets, and sales strategy, as well as stints at Lehman Brothers and Chubb.
