About the Speaker
Rob Shauger is a husband, father, business leader, and follower of Jesus who is passionate about helping men live with greater purpose, clarity, and faith. Through both personal victories and hard seasons, Rob has learned that real leadership begins with surrender, humility, and a willingness to let God reshape every area of life.
For over 30 years, Rob has worked with business owners and leaders, but his greatest passion is encouraging men to become stronger husbands, fathers, and spiritual leaders. His faith-driven leadership events and men’s summits challenge men to slow down, reconnect with God, and rediscover the life they were created to live.
Rob lives in Utica with his wife Michelle. Together they have three sons and share a love for faith, family, adventure, and meaningful conversations around the fire.
