He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA, and has built a broad base of experience across multiple roles and industries, bringing significant strategic insight to the marketplace. Since August 2024, he has owned and operated Barrett Plumbing, Inc.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Vance is a former U.S. Marine who enjoys golf, tennis, and pickleball, and is recognized for his passion for productivity and intentional living.
