From Marketplace to Missionary – using technology to reach the lost in the “Gig” economy 

After 32 years in the insurance industry, God called me to join a small non-profit named Noteworthy International Inc. It started in 2022 with the vision to hire people (freelancers) around the world to complete a project that includes reading the gospel of John, completing a questionnaire based on their reading, and following up on a virtual web meeting with a Digital Missionary/Christian volunteer.  If the freelancer completes all three requirements, we pay them $30 US dollars, give them a 5-star rating, and post a positive public review on Upwork.

Since joining Noteworthy International in August of 2025, I have talked to led multiple to Christ and dozens to read and discuss the Gospel including Kareem in Egypt, Soban in Pakistan, and Soliu in Nigeria.  You will be moved to hear about how this powerful ministry  is fulfilling Acts 1:8 in an economically efficient manner while also blessing the recipients.
